How I create your ideal trip

When you reach out, I’ll organize a complimentary consultation to get to know you, your travelers and your trip goals. Whether you know exactly where you want to go, or you have a dream and a budget, we will work together to determine exactly what trip you are looking to take.

Create

After the initial conversation, if you decide to work with me I will initiate the creative trip design process. I will utilize my expertise and network to provide you several options to meet your trip expectations, whether it be accommodation, transfers, tours or family friendly amenities. At this point, I charge a planning fee to ensure that I am able to invest my time into every detail of making your trip right for you.

Finalize & Book

Once everything is agreed on and meets your needs, I take care of the booking and provide confirmations and deposit schedules. I will personally walk you through all the details so there is no confusion. All reservation confirmations, payment info and paperwork will be provided to you in easily accessible digital formats.

Bon Voyage

Prior to your departure, we will schedule a call to review your itinerary and any questions. I will provide you with up to date location information and contacts for your trip. We will be available throughout your trip in the case of anything going awry.
